Delays In Fulfilment & Shipping
The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment & shipping is taking more time than usual.
Our standard fulfillment estimate of 5-7 business days for printed products is currently closer to 23-28 business days. We’re actively communicating with our fulfillment partner and following the latest news on Covid-19. Non-printed products are experiencing significant delays in shipping to the US and the standard fulfilment estimate of 2-4 weeks is currently closer to 4-8 weeks (in some cases). Be prepared for delays
Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
We are continuing to fulfill orders, although fulfillment time will take longer than our previous maximum of 7 days. Some product categories are taking 4-6 weeks for fulfillment as delays are being felt across our supply chain and industry-wide.
We are monitoring product availability & in some cases are shifting designs to garments that can be readily fulfilled.
Keep in mind that with longer fulfillment and shipping times, orders might not make it on time for occasions like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day. Place your orders well in advance!
We are monitoring product sourcing from our global partners. In some cases, we are adjusting products to different suppliers in order to expedite shipping where possible.
Where normal shipping times for non-garment items are usually fulfilled within 2-4 weeks, our overseas partners have experienced additional delays. Current estimated times for these items are 4-8 weeks. Our partners are selecting the most expeditious shipping methods to deliver to our customers as quickly as possible.
